Help needed with Hammer A3 fence alignment

Hi all have just taken delivery of a Hammer A3 26 planer/thicknesser  [big grin] have it all set up and ready to go only problem is I can't get the fence to adjust to 90* to the bed  [mad] I have the adjusting screws fully wound out as far as they can go and the fence is still sitting about 1mm out of square with the bed 0ver the height of the fence  ??? is there any other way to get anymore adjustment on the fence?
If not i'l have to make the call to Felder UK in the morning to see if they can suggest anything or replace the fence.

After a couple of calls to Felder uk they think there's an issue with the fence and or guide rail, and are going to replace the entire fence and guide rail  [smile] they are also going to send out one of there engineers out to install it and check out the whole machine to make sure there are no issues, top customer service  [big grin]. Only thing is they have had to order the parts direct from Austria so may take a week of 2 to get it sorted out but not to worry plenty festools to keep me occupied until then  [wink]

Update .....
The Felder engineer fitted a new fence and now all is well  [big grin] I really like the Hammer machine and the results I have gotten, so much so I have just put down a deposit on a 2nd hand Hammer N4400 bandsaw. Seems Hammer is addictive as Festool  [scared]

Just as well I only have a garage workshop or I may have tasted the Felder flavour!  [scared]
