I presume the pin you are referring to is #113 which is pushed down onto the scale plate by the "paddle"  #115?
Hi, sorry I was not clear #114 has a molded pin and#115 squeeze the scale when the lever is pushed down,#113 has a quantity of 7 used on the scale and I'm guessing#112
 
I tried out the REB, and it wasn't like the EB. The turntable in REB glides and works like other miter saws I used in the past.

I just found this YouTube vid that discusses the table sticking problem in K120 EB.
Fast forward to 4:13 min to see that discusion.
In the comments to that video (screen shot attached)  I also found a reference to a Festool warranty on that issue.

Really everything you need to know is in the series of photos (one with the torque wrench) earlier in this thread.  That's what worked for me.
Here is the video but all it really does is acknowledge the problem as somehting you have to live with unless you follow steps above.

Thanks all for the help. Is the suggested torque of 50 to 60 in/lbs the way to go still keeping accuracy or has that been refined any?

It's really a user preference thing. 60 in/lbs still provides for a stiff movement, personally I wouldn't want to go lower, but some may prefer a higher torque setting, as it comes from the factory at a considerably higher value.

The accuracy shouldn't be affected as long as you lock the table in place before cutting. Even on a detent setting, I still lock the table down.
