Heresy - No Glue

I'm making some kitchen cabinets and I'm not using glue on the carcasses.  Lots and lots of dominoes and pocket screws but no glue.  Everything is 3/4 ply with a 3/4 rabbeted back.  The face frame itself will be dominoed and glued but it will not be glued to the carcass.  For that I will use a few dominoes for alignment and pocket screws.  The sides, top and bottom are butt joints, no rabbets there.

The carcasses are built and next comes the face frame.  Man it was a dream.  I had my pocket hole station set up on a work bench and the Domino set up on my MFT.  Each board went from the Domino to the pocket hole station just like clockwork.  The joints are much cleaner and of course, no squeeze out to deal with.  The lines where panels meet are very thin which is nice because it will be a very light finish.

So, am I screwing up?  Pun intended.  This is the first time I've done it this way.  Should it be the last?  I've always glued and screwed.  I've never used dominoes on the carcass itself.  Time of course will tell but in the meantime I'm interested in hearing from the group.  It may be old hat and no big deal at all which I hope is the case.  Or it may be the unpardonable sin.

If I understand correctly. It sounds like it will be as strong, as if you had used glue. Do you have any pics there?

You are proably going to be alright. BUT, in my boo the strongest joinery for cabinets is pocket hole to pullit together, Dominos for stength of joinery and glue on Dominos and the butt ends.
