high density chipboard router cutter

Guys cut 2no butt & scribe work top joint yesterday in solid surface with hdc core, and approx 2m of 6mm rebate along 1 edge.
I used 2 brand new cutters 1 carbi tool & 1 trend cutter both now good for nothing.
Any ideas on a decent cutter that will do a few more cuts than these.

What solid surface? A spiral cutter may last a lot longer

Try a spiral cutter ?
Wealdon tools have them on offer 12mm cutters £25

Can't see 1/2" shank with at least 45mm cut depth for that price unless I'm missing it. Looked on that site a few days ago but have never used a spiral cutter so unsure how good in a portable router
