HKC 55 spring not retracting the guard when used with the FSK 250 track

Hello

I'm experience an issue the the HKC 55 blade guard when using the FSK 250 track. Without the track it works as normal, with the track it doesn't retract and flik the guide back to start position. Is this someting to do with the guide adustment wheels tightened too much or do I need to adjust something on the guard or replace the retraction spring on the guard?

Check that the track is clean. With the FSK250, the track should automatically return and reset the guard. After that, I would check the tightness of the cams.

Mine did this the other day cutting some ply for shims...gave it a good downward shake and it dropped
