Picked up a hkc55 package today with the 420 rail. I'm cutting jji joists 94x350mm at 5 degrees Cutting them 50mm one way flipping it over and cutting it again. Now the cut starts fine but ends up the thickness of the blade out at the far side of the cut on the flipped side. Anyone any ideas what's causing this? Even a square cut flipped over the saw doesn't line up as if it's not sitting flat to the rail thus causing the cut to go inward, although Ive checked everything and it definitely seems to be all set up correct and flat. I know its not exactly what the saw is designed for and I appreciate how good the saw is. Anyone noticed anything like this?

If you are flipping the work piece, it sound like you might have a slight angle on the saw/blade.  Loosen the stops and check the saw is sitting at 90 degrees before tightening up.

I don't have the HK, so I'm just guessing  . . .
