No I don't have a recipe but ou can buy bees wax. But i used it only for lubing tools and screws etc If you want a wax finish depending on what you want your outcome to be, Bri Wax or Antiquewax (blue can) is pretty good stuff.

As a beekeeper I make my own furniture polish. The recipe I use is 100grams of beeswax with 250ml of Turpentine and a few drops of lavender oil. Warm both gently in separate containers and when wax has melted combine the two slowly and allow to cool. This gives a paste wax
Equal amounts of beeswax, turpentine and linseed oil gives a hard polish. If it's not hard enough use more beeswax.
Take great care warming turpentine and beeswax as they are volatile at low temps

I use beeswax, pine tree turps and raw linseed oil. Apply it on a very hot day and/or apply it hot. When it soaks in after several coats leaves a hardwearing waterproof finish, great on rifle butts.
