Im new to the forum and thought I would kick off my first post by post some pics of my sysport... I just got into woodworking a couple of years ago so Im trying to learn as much as possible

Very nice!  I like the FESTOOL stenciled letters on the pegboard!

Only problem I see..... no room for expansion (more tools!)!

Ya know,  you organized guys with all your nice clean sysports and well organized professional looking shops come here and post photos drives me all crazy  etc... [not worthy]

I get all jealous and have to go clean my shop, reorganize etc, and it never turns out as nice as yours... [mad]

Wow - great job on the sys port.  Welcome to FOG.

Two questions -

- how did you do the stenciling on the drawers?
- explain the finish.  It really looks 'factory' so curious if it's just paint that you brushed or sprayed on the units.

neilc its self adhesive letters that I colored green with a marker that happens to be an exact match to the festool green color

Just because someone else does it, doesn't mean you aren't strange. It just means you aren't the ONLY strange one.  [wink]
My dad has done it for as long as I can remember. I only do it for unused stuff. Once it gets used the package is trashed.
