How to stow KAPEX extensions, KA-UG

I was puzzled as to how to stow the KAPEX extensions using the plastic caps and strap until today. I have seen many posts that lead me to believe that I was not alone. I have had customers ask me how and I was clueless... Until now!

The problem was that I made a silly assumption about how to nest the two together. The image shows the correct nesting:

Once they are properly nested, the caps snap on easily and securely. It makes a nice carrying package and should help protect them in the back of the truck.

I can put the plastic caps on in seconds, its loosening the strap to take them apart what is a pain  [big grin]

If you feed the strap through the middle of the buckle from the back in the following image and then down through the slot next to the tab, you can loosen it really easily by just lifting up on the tab.

its a shame they didnt put a quick release on there or a 2 part conector
