Hello,
I have a table saw which has decided not to go anymore, on examination, the brushes are well and truly worn. Now that I can see them how do I get them out, it looks like the whole card should just slide out, is there a trick, or just brute strength and ignorance?

That would be a useful bit of information wouldnt it, its a CS70 I have the instruction book, but it gives the impression they didnt want me pulling it apart :).

Try the EKAT system for spares - the exploded diagrams may give you a clue as to how it comes apart.

BTW, that link is to the UK 230V version, don't know which one you have but it'll be in the menu on the left of that page.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that the expanded pics worked a treat for those who have to pull one out in the future, its as easy as flexing the card with brushes on it away from a mounting pin and sliding it out.
