You posted about this twice, I replied to the other post.
It will have probably been your ISP's DNS (or whichever DNS you use) being wrong/poisoned. The site was perfectly fine for me a minute or so after your initial post.
Change your DNS to something a little more "open" and you might avoid such things in future -https://use.opendns.com/
I can confirm I also saw this on my cell phone using cell (not Wifi). I grabbed a screenshot also and sent Incra a note and pointed them to this thread.

I also saw this when searching/googling for Incra Router table. The text below the incur link said the same. Did not click the incra link as something seemed very wrong.
