I started the curved-front wall late last week, only to find out that the laminate for the outside was delayed.
Switch to the long dark woodgrain wall. Complete in 5 hours....moving on.
Cut out all of the wall panels for another job and start cutting the spline grooves in them. There was a bunch of them, 30? Anyway, marked splined, wrapped done.....nope dummy. You missed the rabbets in the backs of some of them.
5 different set-ups later, they are cut, shipped.
Yesterday I started a new wall. It is sitting in front of the one that I got stopped on. This is somewhat ok during assembly, but it's not going to cut it for laminating purposes. Something is going to have to move, but before I can get that deep, something new jumps the line. Another shroud pseudo-wall thing take priority. It get going on that and the driver comes back with some of the panels from two jobs before. There are more rabbets need that no one marked on the drawing. Drop everything and go back to that.
I got then done 8 minutes late for going to lunch on time, but the cook-out was great, and the driver took them back to the job-site on his way home. Crisis averted.
Apparently, I don't have any pics of the dark woodgrain wall?
