I hope everyone is back to business after there Christmas break , with it been quieter a time in January people have time to rethink and reassess there business and ideas , projects and services they provide and also what seems to be selling for each member and what they find best . I suppose I'm looking for inspiration and general feed back from bout uk and irish members on what topics I've mentioned above . I'm also looking for a little help from some kitchen or joinery guys here with regards pricing structures for example wardrobes and kitchens per foot and so fort . I've done my costings and pricing right but still seem to lose out on jobs maybe it's because I'm young and people are a little naive but I'm finding it hard at times to make enough of a margin to cover costs as I've invested a lot including my heart and soul lol . Workshop van my festools and everything else . And in no way am I finished investing as it's a constant upgrade all the time but if some older guys and could give me a few heads up and experiences I'd be very much appreciative . If ye would like to pm then I'd be much obliged as I know everyone doesn't like discussing there business on public forum which I can understand . Any help or feedback is much appreciated !!!!
