Is it possible to use the Domiplate and SCG-10 together?

No.  Both attach to the same plate and would interfere.

One is really for sheet goods (domiplate) while the other (self centering guide) is more for rails and stiles in my usage experience.

I believe that both could be used by putting the domiplate on first and then the SCG-10 on top by using longer thumbscrews to accomodate the domiplate thickness.  I have used the domiplate to center a domino on 2 x 4's by using spacers with longer thumbscrews between the domiplate and domino base plate.

I think the interference between the two would be that the SCG-10 stop arms could only travel between their widest reference point and the domiplate's side.  All in all there are limitations and it is not perfect, but it does seem possible.

There does appear to be a limiting factor here as the SCG-10 stop arms could only travel up to the domiplate's side.

The presence of the DomiPlate would prevent the stop arms from being raised into position. As was mentioned above, the two accessories do not share the same function and there is little need to have them mounted at the same time.

The SCG-10 uses the factory fence for vertical registration. There is no need for the mortises to be *perfectly* centered vertically in the workpiece, and as pointed out in the Domino Supplemental Manual, focusing on trying to do that can lead to other assembly problems.
