The CT SYS corded version is showing up on the Festool USA site.  Are they bringing it back or just a mistake on the site.

If you are wanting one, they do come up on Recon about once or twice a month. Maybe they noticed that they go fast there

I hope it's not a mistake; I've been trying to find a decent one on the used market (or the recon, but no cigar...).

They re-introduced it in Europe after just after just a few months of the mess that is the CTLC SYS  [crying]

Interesting as the CTC SYS is based on the SYS³ Systainers while the CT SYS is based on the T-Loc Systainers.

The reborn CT SYS is the same part number as the old obsoleted CT SYS.

But check out the performance differences between the 2 systems.  [eek]

I noticed the CTSYS on Festool USA website as well. But so far I have not been able to find one at a dealer. I will keep looking and buy one when I find one.

If you enlarge the photo that contains the electrical cord, it doesn't look like it would fit a N.A. outlet.

The fact that the cordless one has less performance has always been the case. Which I maybe could've lived with if it was a hybrid design, but the way it stands the CTLC is nothing but a collection of more drawbacks, making an already not-so-great design even worse overall. But cordless [big grin]

Ya, that's always been the case over the years, unfortunately. Some of the photos will have European cords and some photos will have US cords. I noticed that again recently when the TS 60 was released.

Case in point. Sleeved hose on FUSA. Those round pins aren't fitting any 120 sockets I've seen.

Sadly when I looked again this morning and the corded CT SYS is no longer on the Festool USA site.

Anyone in the NYC/NJ metro area in the market for a gently used CT Sys can send me a message. I do t want to deal with shipping and such but as I haven’t used mine very much since getting the cordless CT Sys last year it’s collecting dust and taking up valuable space.

Big bummer, Festool has now removed the CT SYS from their US website. It must have been a web snafu. 😵‍💫

Call me naive or just foolish but these sideways website errors are frustrating at a minimum or just plain infuriating.

Blame it on April 1? 🙃
