When it comes to bandsaws and their technical details, I'm still very much a neophyte.

Today, I was chatting with the very nice and helpful Emma at M.K. Morse about their bandsaw blades. She looked up the specs on my B35/LT14SE and it said 114" and I mentioned that on the frame itself, it was listed as 112". She related that on older manual tensioning bandsaws, there's actually some "wiggle room" (not her word), meaning that a 112" spec can actually range from 111" to 114".

I'm asking not because I don't trust what she told me but more for confirmation, as I had been seeing lots of 111" blades at Woodcraft and no 112" blades. Could I have used those in lieu of the 112"?

Either way, my local resharpening shop is a dealer for M.K. Morse and after getting the specs from Emma, I placed at order with the dealer and it should be here in a few days (excellent). The dealer said that it should cost around $40-50, which I think is quite reasonable (even more excellent). I ended up ordering the Morse Quicksilver HB 1" Hard Back Hook 1.3TPI - for resawing and my pursuit of resawing my own 1/16" veneers.

Actually, that sounds about right. My 540mm bandsaw takes blades from 4120mm to 4260mm, as stamped on the saw:

In Freedom units, that's a 21" bandsaw taking blades from 162.2" to 167.7" for a range of slightly over 5&½".
