Anyone possibly have this combination?  I just received both.  Woodpecker supplied 4 screws to replace the ones from Triton, to mount the router to the plate.  I have tightened these screws as much as possible but there is still about 1mm of play, i.e. when tight, the router plate still moves up and down.  When its mounted in my table, I don't notice this slop since the router is pretty beefy and holds things down pretty good.  If I add washers to the screws, I will make the screw head proud of the plate surface.  Not sure I need to procure shorter screws or is there something else I am missing. Any thoughts?  Thank you.

Most likely the screws themselves are too long and bottoming out. Cut the screws down just a little more than the play you have now. Die grinder will get the job done.

I have the TRA001 mounted in an Incra router plate.  I had to remove the thin black plastic base on the router make it fit with the .  When I had the router mounted in the Triton router insert, I left the base attached.
Does the Woodpecker plate require you to remove the plastic ring?  If so, you might try putting the ring back on the router base before attaching it to the router plate.

Thanks.  Being a package, wasn't sure why they would be too long.  I will cut these down if it gets to that point.

The WP instructions tell you to take off the original base plate, which worked well with my Dewalt but I may need to put this Triton plate back on.  I tested the setup a bit tonight and the slop didn't cause any issues but I still want it fixed, one way or another.
