Issues With TXS Charger or Batteries?

Good morning Festool!

I bought the TXS drill, 2 batteries and charger less than a year ago.  Love the drill - use it all the time except for heavy work.  It's my go-to drill.

When I first got it, the charger worked like the instructions stated.  Now, when I charge a battery, the flashing light is always green and blinks at the medium speed.  It never stops blinking indicating a charged battery.  Does not matter how long I leave a battery on the charger.  When I put the battery back in the drill, the charge indicator always show 2 lights instead of 3.  It does this with both batteries.

Should I send in the charger and the batteries?

Please advise?

Yes, it sounds like you should send it in. Because it's about a year old, it should still be under warranty.
