Happy July 4th. Let's remember the virtues and merits our country was founded on over 200 years ago and salute those men who stood against the establishment to bring us our great country today. Let's also remember those men and stand up for what they would have themselves in the face of today's domestic and international political climate.

Happy 4th to all.    It happens to be a hot one today in CT.  Remember to stay hydrated if you are out in the sun (no beer doesn't hydrate you). I just had to make a 911 call for a guy who passed out (heat stroke maybe) on the beach!!   He will be fine thankfully..
