If anyone in the UK is looking for Kaizen foam - Rutlands have large sheets, “seconds”, on offer.
They are described as having a ‘manufacturing error’ resulting in air bubbles in the surface.
I’ve just bought a couple of sheets and they look pretty good. The outer surfaces are a little smoother than those of the internal layers, with no obvious holes or inconsistencies. (Unless you plan on turning your workshop and toolchests in showroom space for tool porn, it’s not going to stay perfect forever anyway.)
A few small pieces may end up in some of my smaller boxes or a Systainer or two - although I’ve bought it for an entirely different purpose.
