I just sent and received back 10 blades to Leitz Tooling. 7 of those blades were Festool and 4 of those 7 were Kapex blades. The price was very reasonable but the only caveat is that they required a $50 minimum on carbide sharpening services. The cost was a total of $170 including shipping back to me. I paid for shipping to them separately. They have various locations. I called them and they directed me to the appropriate person in the location nearest me.

Best of luck!

Not sure where you are located. I use LA Grinding in LA. Calif. Great job.

I second the recommendation about LA Grinding. However, they actually are located in Burbank, CA. That is close to Los Angeles.

In 1959 I selected LA Grinding as my primary metal-working sharpening service. They have given me outstanding service. Back then I had a major machine shop and was starting a cabinet shop in Pasadena. There a local dealer in wood equipment suggested I use a nice older fellow with a tiny Pasadena shop. Blades were simpler then. Anyway he retired.

I asked LA Grinding about wood blades, as well as shaper, planer and jointer knives. They promised I would be pleased. It turned out they were doing most of the grinding for Universal, Warner's and Disney studios. Before I bought my first TS55 in 2006 I phoned LA Grinding to be sure they could sharpen those blades. Let me tell you they have never been late returning perfectly sharpen blades, for the Kapex and TS saws.

They do have a branch in Arizona I think. They have a website and do mail orders. I consider their prices very fair.

Thanks all for the info. I'm located in Fl/NC but UPS can find LA (in the south,LA stands for lower Alabama LOL)

I couldn't be happier with the service at Burns.  Their sharpening service it top notch.  I'm lucky enough to live close, but you can mail stuff in as well.

Burns is on the top of my list, was going to send over several Festool blades but a guy I work with found a local shop to try and he'd pay for the service (done a few jobs for him) so the tryout didn't cost me anything, blades are good to go.

He showed me the invoice and Burns including shipping from my location is very competitive to the local guy even with the so called 'discount' for the trades.
