Kapex extension wings on 8020 DIY MFT?

I saw that the Kapex extension wings also attach right onto the Festool MFT table.  There's a bracket on the underside that sits right in the extrusion v-groove, shown at 3:47 in the first video and 7:15 in the second.

I'm designing an MFT-style workbench made with 8020 15-series extrusion and am wondering if anyone has attached successfully attached the wings to a DIY bench?  I'm assuming a different bracket would need to contrived and maybe someone else here has already done so.

You'd probably be better off making an adapter that mimics the profile of the MFT rail than modifying the extension wings.  The practical benefit of doing it that way is that it would also allow you to use the MW-1000 extension table and the infeed/outfeed extension table from the CMS table if you wanted to.
