I love many of the features on the Kapex KS60, However there is one thing i find extremely annoying. If I do a bevel cut then return the saw to zero degrees, it does not stop on the Zero, it goes past 2 degrees and have to carefully move the the saw to get the pointer dead on the zero then lock the handle on back. I thought there must be a stop in the back of saw to adjust this, so I removed the handle and back cover and found I could loosen 4 screws that hold the release button and adjust that, so that it stopped dead on zero. Great i thought!! just one problem. now when i tilt the saw to 45 degrees it goes to 47 degrees. so ive cured one problem but created another. Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix, or do i just have to live with it. it would be nice if it had automatic stops for zero and 45 degrees.

Given that it's Festool, I'm surprised to hear that there isn't a hard stop at 90* and 45*. I don't think I have this kind of problem with my KS120.

My KS60 was perfect out of the box. With what you have said I'm not going to fiddle with it!

So it can be OK, but how to calibrate one I don't know.
