Hi Festool guys!
I need to buy a part for my Kapex saw. The part number is 10037691. I went to the Festool parts website and it was easy to find the part I needed, pn, price, etc. It's at this point the website will not let you do anything else with that information. So, just how do I order the part I need? I will NOT go through MM Tool Parts again - they screwed up the last order for festool parts.
The last part I ordered from Festool was a motor for my TSX. Called Festool and talked to a really nice fellow who even let me order the part with him on the phone. I don't have time now to call them, so I need to order online. Can you guys help?
