Kapex problem

I have my Kapex for two years and it has been very good for what I purchased it for. I am a proffessional and love great tools. Festools are really the best I have most of them. I went to slide my Kapex from a 45 right side to a 45 left side. It rubs on something and I can not figure it out. I really can't move it without strugling. It is bolted down and I am asking if anybody would know about this without me taking it off its mounts?

Did you ever have the spring plate thing replaced?

That is what it sounds like to me.
