Kapex SAw

i wanted to Know if it is possible to cut 6 1/4 newel post with the saw . I realize that it would take 2 cuts . I do a lot of trim work  and handrails . I currently use a Dewalt 12 slide and would love to upgrade but just to know if its capable of it
