Guys need some help. My kapex table's left and right simple degree) adjustment has gotten very stiff and gritty. Figure it is a cleaning or lubrication issue? I cant find a grease zert or anything to clean. Any advice?

Isn't that stiffness normal (and hence one of the weaknesses of the Kapex)?

I have never seen a saw that had a grease fitting.  I have always just turned mine upside down and sprayed the heck out of it with garage door lubricant.  That was recommended to me by someone here and it works.  I have also used PG2000 after getting a tip from someone else. For this application I think that the other stuff worked better.

Just my opinions.

Forgot to unlock it (please don't ask how I get to that idea)?

Apart from that: some cleaning and a gentle treatment with Silbergleit on the 115, 118 and 130 parts of the explosion drawing might help, the prior two preferably without removing the 118 from the machine as adjusting that is no fun.

If only Silbergleit were available in North America. A most amazing product. I used to sell it when it was Kity Speed. I've begged the Silbergleit people to wholesale to me in the U.S., but they say the volume wouldn't justify the paperwork.
