I have a Kapex that needs a tune-up. Doing a cleaning and replacing a few parts but the biggest problem with this particular saw is the base is not flat.
Options as follows.
1.) Sand the outside edges of the saw base flat? It's just the outer edges at the KA-UG connection groves. Just afraid that the
extensions will no longer plain into the saw base flat.
2.) Add Glide plates under the base table? This is the part of the saw that has the throat plate. Are Glide Plates stackable to shim
up the base?
Framing square in the pics is resting on both outer edges of the frame. Sorry the pics load upside down but point made.
Thanks, Sam
