Kapex UG Cart set

Hi, I am new to this forum, I went to a festool demonstration and after I bought the Kapex and the UG stand set. Well when I try to put the wings on i push the lever in and turn the knob all the way and my wing is still loose.One of the guys their had the same complaint. I went to woodcraft and looked at their modeled setup and the wings are tight. Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having this problem? Is there somewhere on this forum where I can look for UG Stand Problems? Thanks tim

You have to loosen it to the point that you can push the latching mechanism in all the way, then tighten up and it will make the wings quite rigid.

Your very likely only attaching it on the first lip.  Pretty much every one does it!  I have my work mates do it all the time! 

You gotta loosen it enough so you can slide it onto the flat section further in then it will hold tight.

Thanks Tom, that was it I wasn't getting it down far enough to latch onto that lower part. Now My right stop is 1mm off how do I adjust that, I can't turn the nut with a wrench?  Tim

Can you please provide an image of what you are experiencing. I can't grasp it...
