Mine pooped in the bed this morning, started to stink when cutting and lost power all of a sudden.
Called Festool, they vectored me to the website, got a tracking number, UPS label and boxed it up. Pretty straight forward.
Bought in 2014, so I have 2 months left. Hope things go well on the repair.
I really needed it today.
