Kids table for my daughter

Built this a while back for my daughter’s kids. Mahogany and maple. Dominoes for the top and base. Legs made from two pieces, epoxied together and tapered with a hand plane. Chamfers done by passing legs in reverse on the bottom of my festool plane. The rest of the base also epoxied together with dominoes. Four coats of spray shellac on the base and underside of the top, with six coats sprayed on the top. Top secured with home made wood buttons.

Nice top for a kid's table!  When your daughter outgrows it, you could use it as a coffee table.
