You guys get a say in this one.  What are your thoughts here?  Want to see their saws and accessories available on FP and TN.com?  I'm not teribly familiar with the brand but initial research shows a high caliber product from a good small company.  We're all familiar with that model.

I do like the looks of there saws. I would like to have one of their Coping Saws for sure....So I will wait to see which way you go with this one.
They have some nice saws for sure

Sean,

We have recently started to stock Lee's saws. (6 or so months ago)

This was our first trial stocking order and we are about to order a full order.

10...125.003CS  3" fret saw with lever tension and swivel blade clamps
10...125.005CS  5" fret saw with lever tension and swivel blade clamps
5.....125.012      6-1/2" coping saw with 360 degree blade clamps.

I would vote yes for you.

Its a great product.  I have two, one is a little obsolete, might be upgrading to a newer model soon.  The saw lets you easily get the right tension with no fiddling (after the first time).  The frame is very stiff (a good thing in this case).  And Lee is a great guy.

WIth a little practice, you can clean out dovetail waste in a flash, and its fun.

If you stock high quality blades I would definitely be in the market.

I bought a Titanium fret saw from Lee at WIA in 2010. It's very light, very stiff, and very well made. A pleasure to use.

As far as I know, nobody else makes anything like his saws.

Lee is a great designer, and an all around great guy. He listens to his customers and continues to improve his products.

+1 on the product - I'm very happy with my 5" aluminium fret saw with swivel. First fret saw I own that actually goes where I want it to go and doesn't snag due to a under tensioned blade. I can just imagine how rigid the titanium models are...

The fret and coping saws along with high quality blades definitely!  They are on my list to buy as soon as I find a need for one.  I don't know much about their other products.

We had lots of discussions about his saws over at talkFestool a few years ago.  Here is a link to the Knew Concepts forum at talkFestool.

I have the aluminum fret saw and like others have said, there is nothing like it on the market.  However the handle is so so.  But when you add the Elkhead Tools handle made for the Knew Concepts fret saw, it becomes magical.  It just fits your hand and directs it to the proper angle for use.  I was a little skeptical that a handle could make such a difference but am a believer now.  I justified the price of the handle by getting the aluminum instead of the titanium saw body.  Well worth the price.

Have no use for one now but when I do I'd buy one in a flash and get it via toolnut if you're then a dealer.

I also got the Elkhead handle. I feel the same way.

+1  I have the Aluminum with Elkhead handle as well.

Lee's saws are the best for cutting dovetails.  He got his start doing saws for jewelers and started designing for woodworkers a few years back.  Amazing stiffness.

Ah, you guys are awesome.

Look for'em on the site soon.

Got'em up there now.

Should see the saws anyday.  We'll have a better organized product category, banner, etc soon... along with an announcement email.

Always want to try to give you guys first dibs on new stuff, especially small opening orders where product quantity is limited.  Have at it!

How have I not seen this post sooner?  I've been eyeing these puppies up for a while!  Nice to hear some feedback!

I can highly recommend the aluminum version...I'm sure the titanium is great, but the asking price seems to be WAY more than the possible advantage(s) over the aluminum, which is near perfect in my opinion.  If I were a dealer, I'd be careful about ordering too many titanium...my speculative guess is that they sell at least 10 aluminum for every 1 titanium.

I have the 8" aluminum fret saw and I've considered getting an Elkhead handle.  I'm curious which size (medium or large) handle you have and why you favored one size over the other.

Thanks
