Has anyone used the Kreg Bench Klamps inside a T-track?  If so, what size will they fit in?

[big grin]

I also think that at least member - maybe Brice Burrell - has had a Qwas product custom drilled and tapped for the bench clamp allowing usage with the holes in the MFT/3 table.  Not quite what you were looking for, but...

Maybe this what you're looking for:

toolimprovements_reducing sleeves

I have a set of these for my Kreg Bench Clamps.
They work OK, but be aware that the clamps exercise quite some lateral force in a bench hole.
Can easily wear them out (the bench holes  [sad]).

NB: I think the bench clamps cannot be used in a T-track:
They have to be tightened from below, not possible with a T-track.

I tried the Kreg Bench Klamp in the T-slots on the MFT's profiles and found that they can easily damage the soft aluminum profiles -- Clamp for MFT

This is incorrect, as Kreg offers their Klamp Track just for this occasion.  The bottom screw can be adjusted as needed with the Bench Klamp removed from the base or track -- it only needs to be adjusted to reduce excess play while still allowing movement within the keyhole of the base or the T-slot within the track.
