Hey CutsTwice,
Not sure what Kreg jig you have.  Thought this might help you out.  This is how I hook up my CT MIDI to the kreg.

I picked this up at homedepot Shop Vac part number 90687.  Only a couple bucks.  I know you can buy the Kreg dust port on the web site.
Thought you could try this out before you spend the money on the Porter Cable jig.

Kreg has great products....the jig is for drilling pocket holes for screws.  It is a product that you can't believe you lived without once you get one.
Go to the official site http://www.kregtool.com/ and you will learn more about it and their other products, that you will on amazon.

I've avoided Kreg-anything so far - but you just teased me into looking ... now I've signed up for the new letter and I'm pondering various uses.

I'll make you aware that if I ever have to see a therapist regarding my tool addiction - you're going on the list of probably causes, though you're one of many ... with Paul Marcel currently leading in number one position!  [smile]

Hah! the brush thing is slick.

You know the bristles go the other way though, right?  [tongue]

Heres mine

I'm jealous of all of you guys - wish I had DC on my pocket hole jig. I took the cheap route when I got mine and used a Xmas gift card to Harbor "Fright" to buy their version. It is surprisingly well built for an HF tool. It is solid aluminum and steel (no plastic) but lacks any sort of dust collection capabilities. Maybe I can fab something up for it one day?
