Ks120 laser alignment nightmare

Got a 120 through eBay Fromm guy who liked the lasers away from the kerf.

I want them bang on but have really messed them up trying.

The supplemental manual doesn’t help much as the process starts with yaw, which I can’t get even near parallel.

Am I missing an obvious route, or is it literally just a case off fiddling until eventually (hopefully!) it works out?

UPDATE:

Back and forth with Festool, my right laser yaw adjustment seems to be malfunctioning. But it’s in warranty so I get to experience that legendary customer service I guess!
