Does anyone have the Lamello Clamping set?  The one with the bars and straps.  Is it available in the US?

Yes, I do. Both myself and the guy at the store had a real shock when we saw the price, but I don't regret it. I don't use it all that often as I can usually manage with just a few clamps, but on the infrequent occasions I do use it it is excellent - like all the other stuff I have bought from Lamello (c3 jointer, zeta, invis, glue bottle, glue pressure tank )
It IS expensive though so you might want to think about how and where you would use it.  The straps are VERY long so you could glue up some quite large pieces. (I have started trying to build very large stuff in knock down form with the zeta though)
regards,
Richard

Does it square as it clamps?  Looks like it might.  As far as the price goes, I've searched the web but I can't find a US price anywhere.

I've got to do some assembly upstairs at a customers house because he has a ridiculous landing.  Thought this might help.

Have you used the Invis for cabinets?
I am quoting a cabinet project now and the client does not want to see any fasteners in the case so I am thinking of buying an Invis.
What do you use the glue pressure tank for? Veneer and or jointing etc?

Tim  I just watched the video on the Invis Fastening system.
This thing is great it is perfect for hiding and fastening, I bet this system would be awesome for bookcase assemblies for sure.

I have used the invis, but not a lot - the fasteners are expensive and I don't get much call for things you can take apart. To be honest I had never thought of using it as a permanent fixing until I got in to the Zeta. I have been using the Zeta a lot. Those fasteners are expensive too, but the zeta is as easy to use and line up as a biscuit jointer (it is just a modified biscuit jointer and eliminates the need for glue ups. The down side is that it is not completely invisible as you have to have a tiny hole for the Allen key. If the clients accept that - or if e piece can be filled and painted I find it quicker and easier than the invis.

The Lamello clamps sort of square things up as the clamps are like a small l shape, but I guess you could still get racking.

I use the glue pot for biscuits, dominos and whenever I'm making anything which needs enough glue to make cleaning the nozzle worth it.  The hose is a bit cumbersome - a swivel fitting on the handle would be nice, but it takes a degree of stress out of what I find are stressful glue ups.
