I have Bosch's GLL-3 and three different PLSs and like them all. If I had to pick just one, it would be the Bosch. It's not better than the PLSs but if you do angled work, the Bosch's horizontal can be locked and tilted to the angle needed.

I have the same Bosch and used it for installing a bunch of wainscoting all over our house and it fit the bill perfectly. I just set it on the tripod and kept installing.
I have owned the Bosch GLL 3-80 for a few years. I love having all axis covered. If it's a one off single use for a smaller project that only requires a crosshair then it may be overkill but you can't beat the 360 degree laser!
