Can someone please explain what is wrong? (I am Canadian and don’t know what is wrong.). Is there a problem with the ripple look, or with the word Tanos underneath?

I flunked out of Boy Scouts at the Webelo stage, but I think the fact that there is TANOS text superimposed over the flag might be Jim's concern.
