We just set it up last night and we're loving it.  Some really cool features from our side of things and we're still tweaking with it.

Long story short, 90% of the time either myself, Peter or Dave will be available for your questions at the drop of a hat.  Quicker than email, phone calls or forum posts.  I hope you guys enjoy it.  We're really digging it so far.  Awesome way to connect with you guys.

Good idea for quick simple answers, I don't think it works when using an iPad.  I tried last night and got no response after almost a half hour.  Tonight it has been about 10 minutes and I gave up.
