looking for a handy tool

hi there .
im looking for a tool that i can use to filler , bonding , cement, various adhesives etc into holes , gaps, around pipes etc.

i have used a caulk tube washed out and filled up. its a pain to clean it and enpty it althow very good at it.

is there any tool out there that is designed for this on a regular basis

I am not exactly sure what type of work you are doing... but these are good. Especially when you are putting up steels and you need to get the mortar right in over the top of the steel when set in place. Expanding foam guns are excellant. The ones you get in a set.

thanks wooden lungs. that pointing tool is what im after.
the jobs im doing are general building odds and ends. fixing joint gaps, fitting wall vent pipes, fitting drain pipes.
