I saw this deal come up the other day in my inbox from ToolNut. I'm considering a new multimaster and for $500 including a hammer drill seems like an incredible deal. Does anybody own the 350?  I've heard the vibration is much reduced from older generations. Also, I have not had any dealings with the starlock bits...I've been out of the oscillating game for a while.

Its a cracking piece of kit and, having had Multimasters from the gitgo, I now have both the 240v mains and cordless 350QSL versions. The starlock system simply superb; nano seconds to change blades or pads, a much more controllable blade as the coke-bottle top mount is very secure and as for vibration, I have compared both versions to my 110v quicklock Multimaster and I cannot really detect any difference. Its a lovely tool. Fein really are the masters of oscillating tools IMHO, which is why they make the Vecturo for Festool albeit without the Fein/Bosch Starlock mount system.

I also have the ASB18v drill that is in your package deal. It is an excellent drill but the Toolnut advert is misleading...it is not Made in Germany but in PRC to Fein's specifications. However it is very well made, (you will note the physical similarities to the Milwaukee drill made in the same factory), and its hammer action and torque are extremely powerful. Battery life is excellent. (Fein also do an impact driver and wrench version of the ASB18 and the torque of the wrench is awesome as my wrists will testify!).
