Loss of Suction on CT 22 E

Hi,

I've had this vacuum for over 15 years now and it has worked well for me. However, it has started to lose suction power. I do not think there is anything wrong with the motor. I have cleaned the hose, put in a new bag, and cleaned out the filters. My $ 50.00 ShopVac has a lot more suction power at this point than the CT22E, even when I have it set to full throttle.
What other troubleshooting options do I have? What it is intended rating? 130 CMF?

Any ideas on how to diagnose this.

Thanks.

Have you check the exhaust to make sure it's not blocked in any way? Is the bag sealed on the intake? Do you get the same results with the hose removed, checking the suction at the intake?

That's all I got.
