After making the doors, I used Phoenix board for spacers and trimmed them with my track saw.  I had perfect 1/8 reveals all around the doors and drawer fronts

Unfortunately I used SOSS invisible hinges.  I don't know if the doors were too big for thingies I used or they're just a weak product, but the sag became unbearable within a month and I replaces them with Blum top clip hinges.  Ill never use another hinge again.

Really nice job, I like the venting on the base board heat, I wonder though does the cabinet interior get warm because of this during heating season.
The hinge problem you had I experienced once and never used them agin

Nice job!How did you do the edge detail on the end of the countertop,it looks like the small bevel on the end matches the bevel running across the face.Did you run the base of the router along the end after you profiled the front edge?

Other way around.  I ran out both sides of the top and then ran the vertical up and over one side.  Since it's a 45 chamfer doing it either way would have been fine.  It's such a simple detail but I think it looks great.  I did it with what is now my second favorite router, which is an 18 volt ryobi cordless laminate trimmer.  There's nothing better for small edge work.  It has the quickest and easiest height adjustment of any router I've ever used and is easier to sit on very narrow edges without rocking.  The only reason it's my second favorite is because I recently got an of 1010.  I still use laminate trimmers for all but the largest of my routing jobs.  They're cheap and it's easy to have several of them set up at a bench so yu never have to change bits.  I use them primarily with edge guides bits so I don't have to worry about runout, which would probably become an issue using laminate trimmers in lieu if actual routers.
