Major contrast between two projects

The first one is a crisp lined and polished reception desk. I forgot to take any pics before taking it apart but you can see where the parts join. The raw plywood areas get tile applied by someone else once it has been installed. Hopefully I can get some pics of that, because there is more to it.

The second project is about as crude (rustic) as it gets.  Simple barn beams attached to a frame that will support a floating countertop.
