Master/slave electrical power board

Does anyone know of a power board that has one (master) plug point that takes some electrical tool e.g. a table saw as well as slave plug points that only get powered up when the master device is on.  I have used a Jackson board (see http://www.ji.com.au/products/PT9778/) so that I can trigger my dust collection vacuum once I turn my saw on.  Unfortunately the initial power surge on my saw has recently destroyed the power board. I would like to replace it but with one that can handle the initial surge in power. The board has to accommodate 220v devices, the standard here in Australia.

Radio Parts in Melbourne has a master/slave board on special for $19.95, their order code number is 33540300. At that price it might be worth trying.
