Matching Laminates and Edge Banding

Where is a good place to order edge banding and laminate especially if you are trying to match a previous color etc.

Laminate suppliers will probably send you sample cards on request.  If you're near a big enough city there will be a commercial plywood dealer who should have a rack of these cards in the office.

Most laminate distributors have chip chains that you can buy.  I's been very helpful to me to be able to grab one or two and help customers find the one that catches their eye best.

You can get a lot of matches in .018" pvc banding.  Find out what the maker and name of the laminate is, then google can be used easily to find out if there is a banding made to match it.

You can try exploring the websites of Wurth Louis and Co.  and similar suppliers that serve the industry.  There are different ones that vary by region.  Calling around to different commercial plywood dealers in your area, if there are any, you can ask what ranges of matching laminates and edgebanding they carry.
