Metric bit size for dog holes

question guys. I'm finishing my moxon vise and the bench on bench top. Wanting to leverage my mft3 dogs.  I know the hole is metric what size bit is needed

3/4" is the standard.
3/4" crosses over to 19mm.

19.05mm to be exact.

Mechanics substitute one for the other all of the time.
