MF Slab still in business?

Does anyone know if the owner/seller of the MF Slab plans is still in business?  I ordered the CAD file two weeks ago and got an email entitled "Your download is ready" but it didn't include a link or a file.  I've sent a couple of emails but haven't heard back from them/him.

Pretty sure this was from a guy named Steve in San Fran at Rise Construction. I found (415) 305-9965 online, worth a call maybe..?
