MFT/3 Accessories Availability

I was given an MFT/3 in exchange for helping a friend out, but only the table.  Is it possible to buy the accessory pack for the table?

The hardware can be purchased as spare parts from our service department (number below in my signature), M-F, 8a-5p.

Edit: To clarify, there is no "kit" containing all of the components. They are each purchased separately.

You can view it on our electronic parts catalog, but to be honest it would probably just be easier to call.

I looked at that, but it seems to have only small parts of the parts I think I need.  I'll call tomorrow.

Post in the classifieds asking if anyone wants to sell their excess parts.  As Tom said there are people who use the table as a clamping table or work surface and have extra stuff.

There has been an ad there for a few months for exactly what I'm looking for.  No responses so far.  I'm also have a bit of a problem figuring out what all the accessories are.
