MFT/3 Table Legs Question

Hello Everyone,

Could anyone provide a description of how to take the leg sets off the table frame? I would like to create some storage place under the table but seem like I can't unscrew the knobs all the way out without cracking something. I searched online and seemed like there was nothing to that topic.

Do I have to take the knob apart and undo the hex nut in the knob?

You separate the plastic knob into two pieces.  There is a nylon insert lock nut in there that you will need to remove.
